Grover Residence

The Grover Residence is a ground-up renovation of an original 1955 single story transformed to a modern two-story home in the heart of Austin’s Crestview neighborhood. The original front facade was maintained to preserve the home’s original character, and enhanced with a fresh coat of paint and new hardwood siding. 1,444 square feet were added to accommodate four large bedrooms and three full bathrooms in this updated gem.

Architect of record

Brandi McDaniel served as project manager and project architect on the Grover Residence while employed at Studio D Consulting + Design. Studio D is the Architect of Record (A.O.R.).
